Welcome to our Florida holiday home. Nestled amongst Orange Groves, it is situated on the secure gated development of Sunset Ridge, which is just off Highway 27 South, 1 mile from exit 55 of the I4. It is just 15 minutes away from Disney and 20 minutes away from Universal. It is close to a supermarket, local restaurants and two award winning golf courses that allow visitors to play (see links opposite).  The fantastic designer retail outlets are just a short drive away as is the busy 192 with its array of shops and restaurants. Within walking distance and soon to be fully open is the vibrant, tree lined Posner Park with shopping, restaurants and entertainment for the whole family. 

The fully air conditioned villa with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms sleeps up to 12 people and is ideal for a family holiday, a short break or large party groups. 

The villa consists of a king size bedroom and a queen size , both with ensuite and one with pool access, one double bedroom close to the family bathroom and two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms are tastefully carpeted, have their own tv's and walk in closets. The floor tiled  lounge with pool access offers a cool environment in which to watch the 46" flat screen tv or a dvd.

The fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the comfortable dining area has everything required to prepare a family meal or snack. The smaller lounge has a sofa-bed, hi-fi and internet access (laptop not provided). The extended pool area with its 24 foot, floodlit pool has outside dining facilities, sunbeds and sunchairs. All linen and towels are provided and a cleaner can come in during your stay if required (an additional charge will apply).

There are two phones, which offers free local calls as well as cheap international calls. The separate utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and hanging rails. There is a welcome pack with all the information you will need, including dustbin collection days and contact details for the management company.

With easy access from Orlando, Sanford and even Tampa airports, the Gulf Coast with the soft sandy beaches of Clearwater and St Pete's is just 75 minutes away with Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center on the Atlantic Coast being just 60 minutes away.
