Prices & Booking

Guide prices:

January - March  £400 pw

April - May  £495 pw

June - August  £550 pw

September - November  £450 pw

Pool heating (if required) £95 pw

Booking Information:

Your rental will include the following:

 

Water and Electricity (excluding pool heating which is an optional extra).

Cable TV in family room.

Bed linen and towels including pool towels.

All local telephone calls.

All Florida taxes (sales tax and tourist development tax, currently 13% of gross rent). 

Free Internet access (laptop not provided).

Departure cleaning

 

All rentals are subject to the following conditions:

 

All correspondence will be sent to the first named person at the address specified.

The booking is not accepted until acknowledged by us.

A deposit of £100 per week is required at the time of booking.

A verbal booking by telephone will only be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit being paid.

The balance plus £200 security bond MUST be received 10 weeks prior to the date of departure.

The rental period commences 4 p.m local time on the day of arrival (unless otherwise agreed). Vacation is by 10 a.m on the day of departure (unless otherwise agreed) to allow sufficient time to clean for the next guests.

The security deposit of £200 is payable per booking. The deposit will be returned as soon as possible after your return home (usually within 2 weeks), after we have received confirmation that the villa has been left in a satisfactory condition.

 

Liability:

 

Although every effort is made to ensure that the villa is in perfect order for your holiday, we cannot accept liability for any third party claim, accidental damage or loss to you, your property or for any medical expenses however incurred.

The owner or the owner’s agents do not accept liability for injury caused as a result of use of the swimming pool.

 

Note: YOU ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT YOUR OWN HOLIDAY AND MEDICAL INSURANCE.

 

Cancellation:

 

In the event that you cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:

 

If we are unable to re-book the same dates, your deposit will not be refunded.

 

   Keys:

 

Keys are kept in a coded security box adjacent to the front door. You will be advised of the code to obtain the keys upon payment of the balance.
